Delphine is an experienced business development professional with over 16 years of experience developing strategic relationships and driving organizational awareness and growth in the design and construction industry. In 2021, she joined Gilbane Building Company to support the company’s growing portfolio of cultural and institutional projects. In her new role, she works closely with
operations to enhance and expand client relationships, as well as gain market share in both public and private sectors. Prior to joining Gilbane, Delphine led business development and marketing efforts for two mid-size architecture firms, and, most recently, for a boutique-sized owner’s representative firm specializing in cultural and institutional work for mission-driven clients. Prior to joining the AEC industry, Delphine held positions at The Museum of Modern Art and The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

She holds an undergraduate degree in art and architectural history from the University of Washington, and a Master of Philosophy in contemporary art and architectural history from the City University of New York. Delphine is also active in many industry organizations including, the Urban Land Institute, Professional Women in Construction, Urban Design Forum and the American Institute of Architects (NY Chapter), where she is a member of the Cultural Facilities Committee.
