Donna Enad Napper

Donna Napper has worked in the field of contemporary fine art since 2000, as a gallery owner, curator, and art consultant. She brings to her art consulting projects extensive experience building relationships with artists and assisting clients, from individuals and interior designers to corporations and museums, with the acquisition of art. Napper received a BA from Loyola Marymount University. After working for Los Angeles galleries for four years, she founded her own internationally recognized gallery, den contemporary. Later serving as curator and director of public programs at the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art, she worked on exhibitions of notable regional artists, curated the ICA’s first solo exhibition for an international artist, and created an ongoing program of participatory and interactive art performances. Napper has served as guest curator, invited juror, and reviewer of artists portfolios for numerous art organizations and universities throughout LA and the Bay Area. She currently serves on the Curatorial Committee for Root Division, and on the Executive Committee for the Northern California Chapter of ArtTable, a national organization of women leaders in the visual arts. With strong organizational skills, a keen eye for emerging talent, and a solid knowledge of established artists, Napper incorporates high quality works into collections and manages rotating exhibition programs for a wide range of individual, corporate and health care clients including Century Management, CBRE, Erickson Law, F&M Bank, North East Medical Services, CPMC, UCSF Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente.
