Haley Carloni (she/her)
National Programs & Chapters Manager
Haley Carloni is an experienced events and project manager in the visual art world. She is currently the National Programs & Chapters Manager at ArtTable, the foremost professional organization dedicated to advancing the leadership of women-identifying professionals in the visual arts. In this role, Haley oversees all ArtTable programming nationwide and virtually, as well as manages 30+ local volunteers based in cities throughout the United States, ensuring that the organization’s mission is conveyed accurately and consistently.
Prior to her current role, Haley worked as the Communications & Programs Coordinator at the IFPDA (International Fine Print Dealers Association), where she created and managed the organization’s overall communications calendar and social media, increasing the organization’s following by nearly 500%. Haley also planned and executed on-site programming during the fair as well as off-site VIP programming at various museums and institutions throughout New York City. She worked closely with the Fair Manager and Operations Manager to coordinate all on-site shipping logistics for approximately 75 exhibitors and vendors.
Prior to that, Haley worked as the Administrative Assistant at The Armory Show, a temporary position that turned into a full-time role due to her ability to work cross-departmentally and implement organizational systems. Her earlier work experience includes various roles at the American Art Fair, the Winter Antiques Show (now The Winter Show), PULSE Art Fair, and the Affordable Art Fair. Haley holds an M.A. in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York, NY and a B.A. in Art History from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. She is currently based in New York City.
