Health & Safety Guidelines
Per current New York State guidelines for indoor dining, all Annual Benefit attendees and staff must provide proof of vaccination in advance of the event in order to attend. As of January 19, 2022, the CDC defines “fully vaccinated” as follows:
– Two weeks have passed since the person’s second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, OR
– Two weeks have passed since the person received a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
Please note that these guidelines are subject to change given the nature of the pandemic. All attendees will be notified in advance if there are any changes to the current guidelines.
Venue Accessibility

Visitors Who Use Wheelchairs or Other Mobility Devices
- There is a small staircase at the front entrance to Capitale. Railings are in place and a ramp will also be installed so that the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
- Once indoors, Capitale is fully wheelchair accessible. The restrooms, check-in area, main ballroom space, and the foyer are all on the ground floor.
- Portions of the program may take place on the 2nd level of the venue, and there is an elevator if needed.
Lactation Accommodations
- Dedicated space will be provided as a lactation room. Please email us at benefit@arttable.org in advance if you anticipate needing this space.
